C SAMS FITNESS
About
My background:

My fitness journey began over a decade ago with group fitness classes, which soon led me to gym training. Four years ago, I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor certification. After spending some time teaching and working one-on-one with clients, I realised how much I loved this industry and decided to pursue further education and professional development. Currently, I’m specialising in a Level 4 course focused on lower back pain management to expand my learning. I'm particularly interested in functional training and helping those feel better internally or promote longetivity rather than physical appearance - that's just a bonus!
I have a passion for outdoor activities—whether it’s cycling, surfing, or anything in between. At the same time, I’m equally energised by weight training, CrossFit, and spin classes. My own training style is quite varied, and I firmly believe that balance is key to long-term health and enjoyment.

Fitness is never a one-size-fits-all journey. Whether you’re new to exercise, need motivation to achieve specific goals, or are working through injury rehabilitation, I’m here to support you. I’m also a strong advocate for using exercise as a tool to improve mental health, so if your focus is on holistic well-being, I’d love to work with you to achieve your goals.

I currently predominantly work out of Workout Bristol on North St (Bs3), but I also coach classes across other venues in Bristol, and offer private and online sessions for those who are not able to come to the gym.
