Services
Whether you're a beginner to training and want some friendly, approachable coaching to get started on your journey, or you're experienced but need more motivation or specialist help, I'd love to work with you.
I offer various services as listed below. If you'd like to discuss your goals further, get in touch and we will arrange a free consultation to see how I may be able to help you.
1:1 Coaching
In-person session based out of the gym or your home. We may focus on strengthening, improving mobility, injury rehab or specialist goals for a sport or fitness event. There is no minimum booking, and sessions start from £35.
Group Coaching
If you have a family member, partner or friend that you'd like to train with, group sessions may be suitable for you. This is for 2-3 people ideally but more can be accommodated.
Online coaching
If you are unable to make a session in person, online coaching is run over zoom or google meet. Ideally you will have some gym equipment but this can be discussed in consultation first.
Workout Plans
If you are confident in your movements already and need some structure in your training, 6-8 week workout plans can help focus on a goal. For beginners, this is best combined with a few 1:1 sessions to ensure your form is correct at first and the plan is tailored to your body and fitness goals.
